About Reins of Hope
Reins of Hope at Le Bocage is a forward-thinking 501(c)(3) non-profit therapeutic riding program accredited by the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship (PATH) International. Located at the Stables at LeBocage, we proudly serve the Southwest Louisiana community and beyond. Our dedicated team of professionals is passionate about helping our riders achieve their fullest potential through the unique and powerful connection with horses.
Our mission is to enrich and empower the lives of our clients through equine-assisted activities while advocating for the healing bond between horses and humans. At Reins of Hope, we customize our equine-assisted activities to address the specific needs of each client, offering life skills that extend beyond the arena into everyday life. Whether the challenge is physical, emotional, educational, or social, horses perceive no disabilities or diagnoses. Their non-judgmental nature enables participants to overcome their obstacles and lead more productive and healthy lives. We deeply appreciate the support from our community, volunteers, and donors, whose generosity helps us achieve our mission.
